Welcome to United Pacific Design & Construction
Established in 1993 we are a design and manufacturing enterprise rendering services to a range of customers in and around Singapore. The usage design and manufacturing in a broad sense refers to any project especially with in the interior and exterior decoration and allied services connected to the construction sector that is carried out through a contractor or a similarly authorised service provider. It is a method to deliver a project in which the design and manufacturing jobs are contracted by a single entity known as the design–build contractor.

Our Project
Design–building is a project delivery system used mainly in the construction industry and also it is independently carried out on contract basis for individual clients. It is further subdivided into architect-led design–building and contractor-led design–building. The traditional approach for these kinds of projects consists of the hiring of a designer on one side, and the hiring of a contractor on the other side.
